Graviton allows the use of underscores in the deployment name, which is then passed as a name to AWS resources which don't allow them causing the deployment to fail:
aws_elb.stardog: only alphanumeric characters and hyphens allowed in "name"
Graviton should restrict the deployment name to the same as AWS.
