[bug]: Additional bind addresses are not shown in the Listeners panel (WebUI)

What happened?

Used the webUI to create an additional second bind for each listener. They do not appear in the list view, making it a kind of "error-by-omission" summary.

How can we reproduce the problem?

Add some extra binds to the listeners in the web UI. They don't appear in the view showing all listeners.
