If we want to make the sloganerator (and maybe the comment system in general) more user friendly, we might use localStorage to save whether someone (read: a device) correctly filled in the tagcha (tag captcha). From then on, the tagcha need not be shown on that device.
In particular entering slogans will increase in UX:

Hit the green button
Go back to 1.

The sloganerator is not really used right now. The idea is interesting though, but requires more work than I am willing to spend on it. Also, having to fill in the tagcha (I like the word, can you find a good acronym to go with it?) feels a bit like "are you sure you want to post this?"
