Link for Categories of app mining apps, does not work on app pop-up page

Describe the bug
Click on an app and a small pop up appears with a category, when a user clicks on that link the page does not pop up.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to apps page and select an app
2. When the pop appears for the selected app you will see the apps category
3. Click on the category link to go to a category of similar app
4. The apps page appears with out category selection

Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

Weird, I'm not seeing that behavior. Can you follow up with @kyranjamie to confirm he can recreate?
