Unable to change port number

I have updated the database port details as shown below but I still get the error that I'm unable to connect to port 443. This is running on my local network so this shouldn't be an issue. Do I need to adjust something else?

Error: FetchError: request to http://10.*.*.*:443/api/v2/write?bucket=climate&precision=s failed, reason: connect ECONNREFUSED 10.3.0.10:443

same here..
No matter what port I choose, connections always go to 443
