These are characters unattested anywhere else, that have been added only in Unicode 7.0 (2014). As a practical effect, they are missing from fonts that implement Unicode 3.0 (1999), resulting in visually jarring missing glyph symbols. These are: * Tolkien: U+16F1..U+16F3 one-off modern inventions * Franks Casket: U+16F4..U+16F8 likely rune magic
