srcPtr needs to be updated to support current version of srcML #4

Currently does not work with --position.

This is due to srcPtr used the older version of srcML (pre 1.0) so the position tags have changed. Most likely has a problem with also.

Work around is the roll back to older version of srcML - not ideal.
