[Feature request] Pulse-oxymeter

Hey guys,

I just stumbled over this project looking for a possible smart watch candidate to buy (should be OHW / OS).
I'm a fan of the ESP32 uC, so this project has a greate potetial in my opinion, but looking at the most other smart watches out there I'm personally missing a pulse-oxymeter (heart rate + SpO2 sensor).

So I want to suggest include such sensor in a future version of this project.
Those sensors are getting more and more tiny, so I guess such a chp could may be added to the PCB.

I would be interested in your thoughts about this idea.
