Used Store Credits won't update the payed Total

this is a crazy Bug

• Product in Basket 79.00$
• Applied Store Credit 78.99$ (needs to pay 0.01$)
• Choose Paypal
• Paypal amount will be 79$

This is somehow a deeper Problem. I can't find the "whole_cart_adjustment" for a PayPalExpress checkout. I checked the docs, but there ain't possibilities where we can throw a discount over the order.
