Monitorable health check

We can ping the /info route to check if the backend is running. But if the queue is not progressing, or something else is causing problems without taking down the service completely, we cannot easily monitor that.

We could add a route, or extend the /info response, outputting some monitorable queue statistics such as time since last start, or an explicit warning if that time exceeds 1 h or so.
