iOS SDK Disconnect when no playback

When nothing is played in our application the SDK gets disconnected automatically. When we try play again, we needs to reconnect transport between our app and Spotify. Because of this the Spotify app goes to foreground and playback starts.
Do you know what should be done to avoid this behaviour?
