I'm currently working on a re-imagining of the Gentoo tooling environment that builds on the experience from developing pkgcore, pkgcheck, and related tools.

The goal is to build a rust-based, tooling ecosystem for Gentoo that provides bindings for other programming languages as well as a new approach to package management, leveraging a client-server design that can support various frontends.
