I am Daniel Estévez, PhD in mathematics, GNSS and satellite communications engineer by day, open source developer, experimenter and Amateur radio operator (EA4GPZ / M0HXM) by night. My main interests are radio communications, radio science and space science.
My most well know open source project is gr-satellites, which is a GNU Radio out-of-tree module containing a collection of decoders for Amateur satellites. I have other minor projects including a large collection of Jupyter notebooks which I use in my experiments. I also contribute sporadically to several open source projects.
I am a strong proponent of open source, open documentation and standards in Amateur radio, especially for Amateur satellites.
I am starting this Github sponsorship program so that people can support my work.
