Apache Spark: I took on the challenge of implementing spark-protobuf support from scratch. This involved adding from_protobuf and to_protobuf functions in Scala, Java, and PySpark APIs, introducing new use error classes for Spark-Protobuf exceptions, and ensuring comprehensive bug fixes, unit tests, and documentation updates.

Apache Pinot: I contributed by developing Scaler functions for array and string types, enabling more robust data processing capabilities.

Apache Druid: I addressed bug fixes and enhanced code using Google annotations, making the project more reliable and efficient.

Apache Kudu: I ventured into designing a Helm chart for building a cloud-native Kudu Kubernetes cluster, providing streamlined deployment, and developed Kudu client tools for data import/export, simplifying data management.

Apache Nifi: My contributions include implementing Kudu Put Operations support and improving the HBase Scan Processor. Additionally, I added compression capability to the Cassandra connection, expanding data processing possibilities.

Apache Sqoop: I designed Incremental Merging for Parquet File Format, enhancing data integration efficiency, and handled bug fixes and unit tests, ensuring a more reliable Sqoop experience.
