Clickable area on <a> element and target="_blank" behaviour

Hi there

I'm finding two issues related to a link I'm trying to insert
The html block I prepare and pass through html2pdf has a button wrapped inside an <a element. There I can see the hover area occupies the full extension of the button, but when I output as pdf the hover area is limited to the text.

Also, isue #692 still in effect, the link is open on the same tab instead of new tab (despite the target="_blank")
