Docker toolbox installation might fail on win7 if your hardware doesn't support Hyper Virtualization. See step 1 in the installation process.

@alexfoias how can you be sure that the problem you encountered is related to the fact that your hardware does not support Hardware Virtualization Technology, and not that virtualization was disabled? (see step 1.2)
