Also, I suggest to make it a pip-installable package (if that's possible without too much trouble).

Yes, this is definitely an option. Or we can reconsider again the integration of the 'manual-correction' module directly into SCT (as discussed in the past in #3353). By doing this, users would have to download this repo as an external dependency. Moreover, all scripts related to "manual correction workflow" such as sct_run_batch, sct_qc and potentially manual_correction would be integrated directly into SCT.
