Copy block identifier option for creating anchor links.

What would you like to see added to or changed in Neo, and why?

Neo is commonly used as a page builder. It would be nice to have an option which copies a block Id, like https://plugins.craftcms.com/matrix-block-anchor?craft5 so editors can make anchor links to scroll to that specific block.

It could be implemented as an item under the cog menu for each block.
