When outputting HTML for the C++ and C domains – and probably others but I mostly care about these two – Sphinx reformats the code. For example, this rst:
Note the changed position of & and *. This is undesirable because it violates the style guide of the documented projects. The code in the HTML should be formatted as written in the rst. Does Sphinx have a way to achieve that?
I’ll appreciate any information you can give me about the topic, because I couldn’t find anything in the Sphinx docs, in the GitHub issues or on Stackoverflow,
