Ran into some difficulties updating to the latest version of Modlunky, Windows Antivirus seemed convinced there was a Trojan virus in the cache- tried clearing the caches and reinstalling, but it kept giving the same warning, though nothing looked suspicious. I eventually allowed it to go through and nothing seems amiss. I don't think it's actually infected, and I didn't install any new mods, but might be worth checking?
I'm using Windows; the issue started when I attempted to switch the playlunky version to stable, but persisted after it was switched back until I had the antivirus allow it to go through.
