Separate libraries into distinct nuget packages

Having Rhino, Dynamo and Revit all bundled together introduces a lot of dependencies when your only interested in e.g. the core classes. Some of these (e.g. Revit) have some real restrictions on processor type. For the time being I have pulled locally and built just what I require.
