I can confirm this on Windows 10. Purchased the license less than 24 hours ago and now I just received the message that I am in trial mode. Had to reactivate the license. 👎 P.S. I see the purchase on both links Purchases & Invoices |
I can confirm this is also happening to me. I'm running on a Linux system. Weirdly its happening on my desktop Linux but not my laptop Linux. This has been going on for a couple of months. I reactive on this device. I've even deleted the device on the website and re-added. Nothing resolves it. |

The latest release seems to have fixed this issue, no longer occurs for me. |
I am running MacOS Sonoma 14.5 and this problem just started occurring seemingly after the latest release. I now have to reactive the license often, sometimes multiple times / day |
macOS 13.5.2 (22G91 the problem still exists =/ if I completely kill the process and restart ray, it works again if I delete the old key and create a new one, it works again |

Has there been any progress on this issue? Every restart of MacOS Sonoma 14.6.1 Requires deleting the key and reactivating. |
Apologies for such a late reply to this issue. It's very strange that Ray goes into trial mode, even though Ray has been activated on the device. Normally that shouldn't happen and it's not the behavior we aim to deliver in the future. We'll look into this issue while working on version 3.0. This contains a rebuild of the entire application and provides a new look and a huge update to user experience. Thanks for your patience! We'll keep you in the loop of our next major release. |

Almost every day I have to activate the Ray license on the only Windows 11 PC I use.

That I do not have to do this all the time...
