Feature Request : Colour and Label on app level

It would be cool if we could set things like colours and labels for a whole application, maybe as part of the ray.php config file?

That way, I could put my application name as the label and pick a colour, and every call for that application will automatically show with the colour tag and application name in the ray app, instead of having to do ->label() and ->color() on every ray call.
