It is very hard to identify in the schematic which of the two 3V3 pins goes to the FTDI header and which goes to the I2C header. Because the FTDI VCC pin may not be connected to the other, it would be useful to be able to distinguish them.
(In addition, KiCad confuses them and places them in the same net. But the above issue applies to Eagle as well).
