Miscellaneous couple things to do, which I don't want to forget about over the holiday break...

Create a compatibility function for webbpsf.utils.get_webbpsf_data_path() - this is likely actually done as a PR in the webbpsf repo. See tweak/enhance auto data install #50 (comment)
Migrate the handful of custom labels from https://github.com/spacetelescope/webbpsf/labels to this repo. Labels for JWST, Roman, data_file, docs.
Copy over the pep8speaks setup from webbpsf to this repo too
