The same is true for many other keywords.

I suspect it would be easiest to remove MSA_ from all of these items in the schema.

These keywords are in level1b files and not propagated by cal. If these become useful (and need to be propagated) than a schema for these will be necessary (possibly based off the msa targ acq schema). For now these will continue to be reported by the kwtool as a difference.

During a discussion with Linda about this difference she mentioned finding 2 different uncal files. One with TARG_ACQ and one with MSA_TARG_ACQ. This will require more investigation.
