fits_keyword: GUIDESTA
fits_hdu: FGS Centroid Packet

I doubt "FGS Centroid Packet" is correct. This should likely be CENTROID

Confirmation of which HDU is currently in use is needed. If uncal files are using FGS Centroid Packet then the keyword dictionary could be updated. If instead CENTROID is in use then the datamodel schemas could be updated.
