Can't seem to start bridge

I'm following these instructions:

but starting the REPL appears to stall at the last step:

How do I get the bridge REPL to start?

hi Adrian, I haven't used this in a long time. I would ask the Arcadia people in gitter, they might have changed things and maybe there's a better way now.
