Command "dev": "cargo watch -x 'run -p sd-server'" Does not work on Win11 Pro.

Apparently package.json script located at apps/server/package.json

Contains :

	"scripts": {
		"dev": "cargo watch -x 'run -p sd-server'"
	}
}

Which may does not work in all machines. My machine went to go and run :

cargo 'run'

Which is invalid command

A simple fix is to add escape chars before double quotes:
