Presenter console panes resize for every frame #633

The presenter console window is divided vertically, with the previous/current/next frame previews and forward/back buttons on the left and the notes on the right. The vertical divider changes position from frame to frame, sometimes quite drastically. (Sometimes it splits the window into two equal halves, but other times the notes take up maybe 3/4 of the width.) This is quite disconcerting as it means that sometimes the text lines in the notes are too wide to comfortably read, and the forward button is constantly jumping around.

Attempting to resize the panes using the handlebar at the bottom works, but not very well; dragging it all the way to the right makes the left pane only about 50% of the window width. But even after doing this, the panes keep spontaneously resizing across frames.

Version of Sozi and other relevant software

I have observed this behaviour when using Sozi 22.3.25_1648241936 (on openSUSE Tumbleweed) with Firefox 100.0.2 and Chromium 101.0.4951.67. I used Inkscape 1.2 to create my presentation graphic.

Steps to reproduce the problem

Open a presentation using the presenter HTML file and step through the frames.

Expected behavior

The width of the notes pane should remain fixed across frames. If the pane is resized using the handlebar, it should remain at its new width even when moving to the previous or next frame.
