Minor display issue when choosing SVG.
Non refresh of background window when choosing SVG file in the popup.

Version of Sozi and other relevant software

22.02.03
(Windows 7 OS.)

Steps to reproduce the problem

Launch sozi
move the "choose an SVG" window.

Expected behavior

Something more beautiful

Observed behavior

Something beautiful (depends on point of view)
View here what I get.

Hints and solutions (optional)

Ignore this bug can be an acceptable solution.
