mysql_database/client cookbook. #83

As the database cookbook is deprecated now, should sous-chefs do a mysql_client cookbook that will have the same functions specific to mysql database? If yes, what platforms/features do we start with.

I would say it should probably just go in the mysql cookbook itself, but it's the same functionality either way.

@coderanger interesting, I was thinking of abstracting the two so that a php server would use mysql_client, whereas a db server would use mysql_server, thoughts?

Someone in sous chef mentioned a few months ago about starting the mysql_client cookbook. I think it would be great to do.
