I found related issues that might be helpful:

• Cody VsCode Failing to Upgrade to Cody Pro after Subscribing to Pro. #3777

• When I upgrade to Cody Pro or downgrade to Cody Free, the IDE should reflect this change ASAP #1992
  The suggested solution is that if you upgrade or downgrade in the web, it will reflect the change in VS Code. If you notice a bug, you can reopen the issue and tag the relevant person.

• VS Code: Cody keep showing as Pro even after cancelling subscription from web. #3108
  The behavior described is by design. When a user cancels their subscription, they remain on the Cody Pro plan until the end of their current billing cycle or trial period. The cancellation indicates that the subscription will not renew, but the user retains Pro features until the period ends.
