Restriction on number of output tokens - need to use 'continue' repeatedly

Describe the bug

Very annoying restriction on the number of output tokens.

Expected behavior

In my opinion it's easier to remove the restriction and either raise the tariff or just remove it because you just have to use 'continue' 10 times and it's the same.

Thanks for reporting! We have increased Cody's output limit, it should now be much rarer to see Cody truncating the response like this. Let us know if you encounter any more issues!
