Search-based code intel returns text matches within comments:

Should we filter these out? I could go either way. Most IDEs do not show results from comments, but they could be useful in some cases. We could add a button to toggle them.

Similar to https://github.com/sourcegraph/sourcegraph/issues/14811 (which is for search results)
