Support for initial chunks #16

Is there any partial reason why only entry chunks are removed? Shouldn't initial chunks be removed also?

          if(c.entry) {
            manifest[c.id] = undefined;

          if(c.entry || c.initial) {
            manifest[c.id] = undefined;

Right now, the code produces more rows in the manifest than can be used since the initial chunks aren't loaded async.

There is a high chance I don't understand somewhere here, please feel free to let me know what that is.
