It is possible that this version has improved the network sending performance, so you may
want to experiment with smaller receive jitter buffers again if you have set
them manually for people.

A heads up for those of you using manual jitter buffer mode, in this version
you may need to adjust the particular values you use for certain people up a
little bit, due to an internal inconsistency that was fixed. The resulting
latency should be similar to what it was in real life, but the numeric displayed
jitter buffer value may need to be higher than before.
