$MOTOKO token canister (under development)

The token canister will hold and own $MOTOKO tokens.
The canister will have claim functionality for eligible MOTOKO NFT holders (depends on snapshot time).
The unclaimed $MOTOKO tokens will be under ownership of token itself ( different sub account ).
The canister will keep the snapshot time.
All other metrics including unclaimed token detailas will be visible for public.
In future it will be having a 1:1 swap & burn functionality for incase of future revisions of tokens.
