Remove phpmyadmin/phpmyadmin vendor/ files

Find a way to deploy phpmyadmin/phpmyadmin without the vendor/ files, or remove them during the deployment.

There should be no vendor files in https://packagist.org/packages/phpmyadmin/phpmyadmin (this has been unabandoned yesterday, announcement will come later this week).

Hey nijel,

Confirming this:

• no vendor files in github
• less vendor files included on archive releases (no development vendor dependencies)
• packagist is functional and new projects created with composer deploy the phpmyadmin project and all it's vendor dependencies

Will make new tests.
