Add indication of active/inactive status to validator detail page / Confirm measurements match #550

On the validator detail page, confirm the validator's uptime measurement is consistent with the measurement shown in the validator active/inactive lists. Also indicate if the validator is active or inactive, consistent with their appearance in the active or inactive list.

Uptime is already available on Validator Detail Page.
Editing title to reflect just 2nd part of the issue.

@CriesofCarrots Nice catch, I think my title was inconsistent with my intention. Yes, I see uptime is displayed on the validator detail page.

It looks like the uptime measurement displayed on the validator detail page was not the same as the same measurement shown on the validator active/inactive lists. I'm updating this issue's title and my original description to reflect that.

Do you mean "Unavailable" vs "0%"? Otherwise, when there is data, the percentages look the same to me.

@CriesofCarrots It may be the issue is fixed now. It's probably worth keeping an eye on during the ongoing QA sessions, to confirm.
