I noticed there's a 404 which occurs when loading the seedbank notebook: https://software-gardening.github.io/almanack/seed-bank/pubmed-github-repositories/visualize-pubmed-repo-sofware-entropy.html

Error:

GET https://software-gardening.github.io/almanack/seed-bank/pubmed-github-repositories/plotly.js net::ERR_ABORTED 404 (Not Found)
