Video analysis for droplets moving in a channel.
This package was developed by Soeren Brandt to analyze high-speed videos of droplets in a microfluidic device. The code tracks and records the positions, speed, and size distribution of droplets.
The package is written in Matlab and requires the following software:
- matlab
- image_toolbox
- statistics_toolbox
