[11.0] Sale order does not present computed taxes

On v11, the Sale Order properly receives a tax amount from the Avatax API, and sets it on the custom tax_amountfiled.
However the Sale order tax total and grand total don't include that tax!

Anyone else found this issue?
Seems too obvious to be true.

We have modified the _amount_all to add the tax_amount to Odoo's SO amount_tax
