No validation while adding host

What happened:
User can add host using wrong credentials and can also attach volume to it which should not happen
What you expected to happen:
Need some validation steps while adding host
Create Volume attachment should get failed with host added with wrong credentials
How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible):

1. Setup OpenSDS dashboard with hotpot
2. Add host with wrong credentials
3. Create volume and try to attach volume with host added
4. Volume status gets changed to inUse (which should not happen)
