No confirmation before deleting a circle chat

As there is no undo for circle chat deletion, we should have a confirmation step that explains what is about to happen and that the operation cannot be undone (specifically, chat history will be lost - otherwise, a chat is easily recreated).

We already have a confirmation step for circle deletion, so it can be implemented similarly to that.
