Video does not forward or Backward on swipe up and swipe down of video progress bar when voice over is on.

I am developing an IONIC app where I am using this plugin for playing a remote video. I am also providing support for the accessibility features in the App. I facing an issue while seeking video to move forward or backward by swiping up and swiping down of video progress bar when voice over is on in the iOS device.
