  <p>Our refund policy is very simple. If you'd like to cancel Userbase for any reason, you can get a refund for any unused period that you paid for. No questions asked. Simply cancel your Userbase subscription, send us an email at <a href="mailto:support@userbase.com">support@userbase.com</a>, and we will refund you the unused portion on a daily prorated basis.</p>
