Since #39 it is possible to place the compiled libs into .libs and then the examples will load the shared libraries from that location. It would be nice if there was a script to automate the the downloading and building of the shared libraries.

It would be best if it was implemented as a TypeScript script but a shell script would also be acceptable as a starting point.
