Anvil dagger config isn't applied correctly if SGP isn't applied first in plugins

Noticed this oddity, if sgp is defined after the kotlin and agp plugins it seems that anvil doesn't run 🤔

I noticed a similar issue. If I apply KSP or Moshi Gradle plugins from a plugin then no code is generated. I have to apply those plugins in the modules they are needed to get the code to generate.
Wonder if the cause was plugin ordering like this issue suggests.
