Custom transport labels for transport setup-node

Defining a transport setup-node in the visor's config allows for organizational transport setup access, and hence transports created via the transport setup-node are labeled as skycoin.

In the instance that a user wants to do remote transport setup and has included custom transport and / or route setup nodes, to otherwise give some indication of which transports are being set by whom it would be prudent to allow some customization of the label which is set by the transport setup-nodes or to reflect the public key of the transport setup-node which created the transport in order to have better understanding of at least the origin of any existing transports which are otherwise allowed to be manipulated equally by any transport setup-node.
